On the hunt...

...for a house! Or somewhere to build a house but it's so hard to find what you're looking for, or to be more precise - it's hard to find something nice and affordable :/
But it's definitely fun and exciting looking around and making future plans and I'm sure we'll be very happy with a house sometime soonish :)

Cake boss!

Two out of three cakes I've made in the last two months. As you can see I like to play with colours :) and a must have filling is chocolate mousse, yum!

Ice Age

The sea is finally breaking the ice and I'm hoping that's a sign that spring might be around the corner :)

I love baking and today I made a oreo/marshmallow cake and some chocolate muffins, yum yum!
Also made some chocolate frosting for the muffins so maybe they will look completely different tomorrow ;)

All Hearts Day

Yesterday was Valentines Day, Alla Hjärtans Dag in Swedish, meaning All Hearts Day. To me, the Swedish name tells us what it's truly all about, but we wouldn't have that day without good old Valentin I guess ;)

Living in Narnia

Feels like we're having an endless winter this season... Definitely has a real Narnia feel to it and I sometimes wonder if spring will ever come?! Maybe just a little more patience is needed ;)

The boyfriend and I spent a week on sunny southern Fuerteventura recently, escaping the snow and cold of good old Suecia.
We had amazing weather with temperatures up to 30° and not much wind, and the area was just incredible with an endless beach and clear blue ocean. Am missing Jandía so much now and I wish we were back there...
