Peace and Love

I love to sing and I sing in a all womens choir called WiPå Kören and a few days ago we had a concert in Knäreds church as a part of the celebration of peace between Sweden and Denmark that was signed in Knäred 400 years ago!
We have a good mix of songs and most of them went gallantly when we sang, just had a few mishaps here and there ;)

Growing surprises

Ahh, new little seedlings pop up every day and I really really hope I'll be able to nurse them all to grow big so they can come live by our house later this summer :)

BBQ premiere of 2013

Yesterday evening was fairly warm so the boyfriend and I decided to get the bbq out and throw some goodies on it :) we ate inside though :P but give it about a month or so and I'm sure we'll be dining outside as well!

Force Majeure

The most amazing comedian of all time performed in Malmö Arena earlier tonight, mr Eddie Izzard. I've seen him live on his last tour as well when me and my German friend went to Manchester to see him gig there and I hope I'll be able to see him live again and again and again :) pakau to you all ;)

Scarecrow

Life has returned to the garden but unfortunately so has the roedeers :/ Last year the ate all my tulips (such a bummer) and this year I hope my amazing cd scarecrows will keep them away. Lets see what happens...

Master car

My claim is that practically anything can fit in my VW Polo if I put my mind to it :P It was put to the test when I found these tall bathroom closets at Ikea that will look great in our house + they were 500:- cheaper that week so I just had to go get them there and then ;) The cartons were 2 m long and were quite heavy and I started to doubt if they were gonna fit, but the seats were pulled down as much as possible and somehow I got all the boxes in the car and got them home. My theory stills stands ground! :D

An evening at Slagthuset

For the 5th time out of 10 seasons my friend Petra and I went to Malmö to see the recording of the talkshow Robins. This weeks guests were Agneta Sjödin and Kodjo Akolor and out of 1 1/2 hours of recorded material they will cut it down to 28 min and show the result on Saturday :) This has become a fun tradition and now we finally find our way to Slagthuset without a map! Big progress ;)
